**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee daily operations for example, managing the bugs and client handling
- Monitor and track delivery to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service quality.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide regular updates on shipment statuses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in logistics management software and tools.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
