Operations Manager

This role is ideal for a highly organized and results-driven individual who can effectively manage vendor relationships, coordinate supply chains, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, resolve issues, and maintain open communication channels.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
  • Operational Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks and projects.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vendor databases, contracts, and operational records to inform decision-making.
  • Negotiation and Cost Optimization: Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate agreements and optimize costs to drive business value.
  • Cash Flow Management: Coordinate with the finance team to ensure efficient cash flow management and payment cycles.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Assist in preparing management information system (MIS) reports and operational dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in vendor coordination, operations, or procurement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools to streamline tasks and improve productivity
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions
