UAV Operator

Role Overview:

As a skilled UAV operator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a government project in the energy sector. Your primary responsibility will be to operate advanced unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to capture high-quality aerial data of electrical infrastructure such as poles, transformers, and other assets.

This critical role is essential in ensuring accurate digital mapping and inspection, thereby contributing to the development and efficiency of the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate UAVs to capture images/videos of poles, transformers, and other assigned infrastructure.
• Ensure timely and accurate data collection by submitting captured files promptly.
• Maintain UAVs, batteries, and related equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with field teams to identify areas requiring UAV mapping.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a UAV pilot or knowledge of UAV handling.
• Valid UAV flying license/Remote Pilot Certificate (if required by regulations).
• Familiarity with UAV hardware, batteries, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to capture clear, precise images.
• Ability to work in field locations and travel as per project needs.
• Proficiency in using computer systems (laptops).
