We are a 100+ strong team currently operating in India, looking to expand to South-East Asia, Europe and North America.

Seeking a self-driven, well-organized individual to join our Publishing Management team to help assist Notion Press' published authors with post-publishing queries and concerns

**In this role you will**:

- Liaise with authors who have published their books with us
- Provide appropriate resolution for all queries that are raised by the author
- Ensure all the concerns of the author are addressed
- Close all tickets with the stipulated SLA's
- Work closely with all the internal teams
- Analyse author query patterns and provide recommendations to the leadership team
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating and net promoter score.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer-facing roles
- Strong Communication skills with strong command over the English language. A second language is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Ability to meet both Daily and Monthly Targets
- Should possess the skill to work both in a team and also perform independently.
- Empathy for authors who need help
- General awareness of best practices on quality standards and industry trends in the publishing industry
- Last but not least; must have a competitive streak
