**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1) **Safety Inspections and Compliance Monitoring**: Assist in conducting regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure safety standards are met. Monitor employee adherence to established safety protocols and procedures. Report identified hazards or safety concerns to the Safety Officer.
- 2) **Incident Reporting and Investigation Assistance**: Support the Safety Officer in investigating incidents, near-misses, and workplace accidents. Document findings from investigations and suggest corrective actions. Help maintain accurate records of incidents and prepare reports for review.
- 3) **Employee Training and Safety Awareness**: Assist in organizing and delivering safety training sessions for new hires and current employees. Distribute safety-related materials, such as instructional pamphlets, posters, and reminders. Participate in conducting safety drills, including fire and evacuation drills, under supervision.
- 4) **Risk Assessments**: Aid in conducting risk assessments for various tasks and work environments to identify potential hazards. Assist in implementing control measures to mitigate identified risks. Ensure employees have access to, and use, necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
- 5) **Documentation and Record Management**: Maintain up-to-date records of safety audits, inspections, and compliance documentation. Ensure accurate filing of safety documents for easy access during audits. Assist the Safety Officer in preparing reports required by management or regulatory agencies.
- 6) **Safety Equipment Maintenance**:Check and maintain safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, Fire Hydrant, first-aid kits, emergency lights, and alarms. Report malfunctioning equipment to the Safety Officer for prompt action. Ensure PPE supplies are available and stored in accessible locations.
- 7) **Support Regulatory Compliance Efforts**: Stay updated on safety regulations and compliance requirements. Assist the safety team in implementing updates to meet regulatory standards. Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fire Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Certification in Fire Safety and Emergency Management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Fire and Safety Officer or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, emergency response protocols, and risk management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work in general and night shifts.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:
