We are a creative media company delivering high-end **VFX, CGI, and immersive content** for advertising, films, and digital platforms. Based in Goregaon East, our team brings stories to life through cutting-edge visuals and breakthrough technology. We are looking for an enthusiastic **Recruiter** to support our fast-growing hiring needs and help build a strong creative and technical team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across VFX, CGI, production, and support functions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team structures.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Support onboarding coordination and basic HR admin tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Media, or related field.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience; experience in media, VFX, or advertising sectors is a plus.
- Basic understanding of creative and technical roles like 3D artists, rotoscope artists, compositors, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
