**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist Agile teams in adopting **new CI/CD tools and frameworks** to enhance engineering efficiency.
- Design and maintain **continuous deployment and delivery pipelines** for high-quality, rapid releases.
- Integrate in-house frameworks into the CI/CD automation pipeline.
- Ensure adherence to **development process standards** including Design, Development, Change Management, SLA Compliance, and Productivity.
- Drive innovation in **performance optimization, automation, and process improvement**.

**Required Technical Skills**
- **Strong understanding** of DevOps architecture and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) automation.
- Hands-on experience with **CI/CD tools**: Jenkins, GIT, Maven, CodeHub, SonarQube, Fortify, Artifactory, XL Deploy, XL Release.
- Proficiency with **DevOps tools**: Docker, Ansible, Nagios, Chef, ELK stack.
- Experience configuring **Test Automation tools**: Selenium, Cucumber, ATDD, JMeter, BlazeMeter, NeoLoad.
- Familiarity with **Monitoring tools**: ELK, New Relic, Splunk, Dynatrace.
- Strong cloud experience with **OpenShift** and **AWS** environments.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in **DevOps and CI/CD pipeline automation**.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
