Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CI/CD DevOps Engineer to implement automation and DevOps practices across multiple applications within the Salesforce portfolio. The role focuses on improving engineering maturity, accelerating value delivery, and ensuring quality through advanced CI/CD automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct application assessments and define a phase-wise CI/CD & DevOps implementation roadmap with appropriate tool fitment.
  • Implement CI/CD automation and DevOps processes for all applications in the Optum Delivery & Digital Portfolio.
  • Assist Agile teams in adopting new CI/CD tools and frameworks to enhance engineering efficiency.
  • Design and maintain continuous deployment and delivery pipelines for high-quality, rapid releases.
  • Integrate in-house frameworks into the CI/CD automation pipeline.
  • Ensure adherence to development process standards including Design, Development, Change Management, SLA Compliance, and Productivity.
  • Drive innovation in performance optimization, automation, and process improvement.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of DevOps architecture and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) automation.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GIT, Maven, CodeHub, SonarQube, Fortify, Artifactory, XL Deploy, XL Release.
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools: Docker, Ansible, Nagios, Chef, ELK stack.
  • Experience configuring Test Automation tools: Selenium, Cucumber, ATDD, JMeter, BlazeMeter, NeoLoad.
  • Familiarity with Monitoring tools: ELK, New Relic, Splunk, Dynatrace.
  • Strong cloud experience with OpenShift and AWS environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Prior exposure to Salesforce application environments is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
