**What you can expect**

As part of this team, you will be working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Collaborating closely with Developers, Infrastructure Engineers, and Product teams to build and maintain resilient systems. **The team focuses on automation, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), observability, and cloud-native operations to support Zoom’s gateway services.**
This team are responsible for deploying and managing services across multi-cloud and on-premises environments.

**About the Team**

Engineering operations are the driving force behind the seamless functionality and continuous availability that define the platform's unparalleled user experience. You will be responsible for deploying the gateway services. Monitoring infrastructure for these services, developing new automation to reduce manual effort, and being the on-call owner for assigned services.
The team handles multiple services like Zoom AIC, Whiteboard, Notes, and Zoom Live Caption/Translation.

**What we’re looking for**
- This cloud DevOps role is focusing on **AWS, k8s, Ansible, Terraform,**Linux, Python, Bash or Go.
- 5+ years hands-on experience working on Production service deployments using **Kubernetes**.
- Have experience leading large scale and high impact technical projects.
- Have proven experience in Kubernetes, Dockerized workload deployment, and monitoring for it for large-scale distributed systems deployed on prod.
- Have implemented Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Have experience developing large scale Ansible automation.
- Strong background in monitoring and observability, with tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Responsible for leading the complete service deployment and monitoring.
- Mentoring other engineers in the team to follow best automation practices to reduce the toil & lead the automation effort.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
