Salary Range: ₹2,00,000 - ₹9,00,000 per annum
Position Overview:
The Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring efficient operations and support across departments. This role involves policy implementation, facility oversight, and coordination of administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce administrative policies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and security of office facilities.
- Manage and mentor junior administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare regular reports on administrative activities and present them to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software and MS Office Suite.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
