Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Arc & MIG welding for jobs related to maintenance of equipment, kelly bars & drilling tools on jobsites/Workshop.
- Operate gas cutting equipment for precision cutting of materials.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine welding specifications.
- Ensure all welding work meets the required quality standards and tolerances.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet production deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

- ITI (production/welding) or minimum 4-5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in Arc Welding, MIG welding and gas cutting operations.
- Should have experience in fabricating steel plates with thicknesses ranging from 10 mm to 50 mm
- Knowledge of welding techniques, material properties, and safety standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Welding certification (preferred but not required).

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and tools.
- Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to noise, heat, and welding fumes.
