**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Welding Tasks**: Perform welding duties using equipment to weld various metals.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure that the welding machine is in working order and report any malfunctions.
- **Safety Procedures**: Comply with all safety and operational guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Understand and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct tests to check the weld quality and strength.
- **Cutting Tasks**: Utilize torches and cutting equipment in fabrication processes when required.
- **Continuous Learning**: Keep updated with the latest welding techniques and technologies.
- **Cleanliness & Maintenance**: Ensure work area is clean and free from hazards. Regularly maintain and clean welding equipment.
- **Team Work**: Collaborate with the fabrication team to achieve production targets and ensure work quality.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Completed ITI certification in Welding or related discipline.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Knowledge of different welding techniques and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen focus on safety.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle prolonged standing, bending, and lifting of materials.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members.

**Working Hours**: 8 HRS
