**Responsibilities**:

- Perform **MIG and ARC welding** operations on structural steel components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Set up welding equipment, tools, and materials as per requirements.
- Ensure high-quality welds that meet company and project standards.
- Conduct visual inspections and minor repairs on welded joints.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop area.
- Work collaboratively with the fabrication and production teams to meet project timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **MIG and ARC welding** (1-2 years minimum preferred).
- Ability to read welding symbols and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of different types of metals and welding materials.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
