**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Sourcing**: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top SAP talent, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for SAP roles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to source and attract top SAP talent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- **Certifications**: SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
