- You are comfortable asking questions and collaborating with teammates in different time zones.
- You are based in Hyderabad or are willing to relocate.

**Responsibilities**:
- Draft and update help center articles, FAQs, and internal guides under guidance.
- Assist with Spanish-English translations for product content (if applicable).
- Run spelling, link, and formatting checks; flag outdated or inconsistent content.
- Organize and maintain internal documentation for quick retrieval and updates.
- Tag and file customer-facing content (docs, videos) to match tone and structure standards.
- Help coordinate internal learning sessions; take notes and prep materials Learn Optmyzr’s platform, core use cases, and how our customers get value.
