**Job Summary**: As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for preparing variety of items. your role will involve managing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food production, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards. You will also work closely with the team to innovate menus and ensure that the culinary offerings meet customers expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation and Cooking**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Manage and execute food orders efficiently, ensuring they are served promptly and at the correct temperature.
- **Kitchen Management**:

- Oversee kitchen staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper storage and rotation to minimize waste.
- Assist in ordering and sourcing ingredients and kitchen equipment.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency across all dishes.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food items before they are sent out to customers.
- Ensure portion control is adhered to, and food wastage is minimized.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train junior kitchen staff and assist in their development by sharing skills and knowledge of Continental cuisine.
- Provide guidance on culinary techniques and presentation standards.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and presentation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Creativity in developing new dishes and menu items.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
