Are you an experienced and skilled Chef with a passion for creating delectable Continental cuisine? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we’d like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation, cooking and presenting Continental dishes.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety at all times.
- Supporting the Head Chef to deliver on all company measures & targets.
- Suggested innovation and commercially viable ideas to improve food quality.
- Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
- Managing and training Chefs.
- Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients

**Skill and Experience**:

- Solid experience in a similar style of cooking.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant food and health & safety regulations.
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a 3 Years experience as CDP or above level. (Ethnic Cuisine Chefs must show 3 years senior level experience).
- Educational Qualification for Chefs: 10th OR 12th Pass. Diploma or Degree in Culinary or Hotel Management is desirable.
- English Eligibility : IELTS UKVI with 4 each Band OR SELT with B1 Band.
- IELTS waiver: For Graduates ( Prior approval from Ecctis, an UK Govt. Authority cost you.

**Salary**: ₹216,666.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
