**About this role**
BT is going through a transformation - and data is at the heart. We’re simplifying our products, transforming our customer journeys, modernising our IT and networks and decommissioning legacy platforms. The Data & Analytics Enablement Tribe is underpinning this transformation by creating data as an asset - on par with our network, people and brands. The Tribe’s mission is to enable Value Stream tribes to access data and use data and analytics capabilities powerfully, by addressing the key challenges they face: feature-rich and scalable technologies; data availability and quality; the skills needed to make the most of it; and end to end governance

**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Supporting change management and culture services for one or more Customer-Facing Units, working closely with the wider Change and Culture team as we establish a data-driven culture across the business
- Conduct change impact assessments and training needs analysis so that we can be data driven and insight led in our change approach
- Effectively engage and manage stakeholders using human-centered design principles to ensure we inspire, involve and inform colleagues throughout the transformation
- Drive the skills and capability agenda, supporting logistics for training and certification programmes so that BT colleagues have data skills fit for the future.
- You will be an active learner that is proactive and self driven in the delivery of services to stakeholders and your own professional development
- Identify, consolidate and communciate business requirements to stakeholders internally and externally so that we can design and deliver the best solution for our customers
**You'll have the following skills & experience**
Skills required for the job
- Communication
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, proofreading, editing and tailoring communications to the required audience/channel
- Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively to target audiences
- Change Management
- Understands and can explain at least one change management methodology (PROSCI)
- Responsive to change; embracing change at pace and pro-active in anticipation of change related hurdles and challenges
- Project/Time Management
- Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a high-pressured environment
- Stakeholder Management
- Strong business acumen and awareness to impacts of change to stakeholders
- Ability to build and influence relationships effectively including senior stakeholders
- Understand the perspectives and agenda of stakeholders and take this into account when communicating
Experience you would be expected to have
- Programme delivery experience - working as part of a project or programme team delivering packages of work that support the overall transformation agenda. A good understanding project planning and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in working in corporate technology environment, with an understanding of the sector and the complexities of driving change in a corporate technology, engineering and or telecoms environment. Will need to build on or develop knowledge of the complex BT services portfolio, and be able to predict, understand and innovate interventions to enable our transformation
