For more information, visit www.acuitykp.com Experience Level-15+ Department-IT Location-Gurgaon Role Overview Role Purpose Acuity Knowledge Partners is embarking on a global enterprise transformation spanning core business functions, finance, sales, delivery, HR, and enablement. To ensure successful adoption and value realisation, we seek a seasoned, enterprise-grade Head of Change Management to design and lead a holistic change management strategy that aligns people, processes, and technology. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in organisational change, cultural alignment, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will bring global corporate experience, strong executive presence, and world-class credentials (including Prosci certification) to drive sustainable change. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership - Define and own the global change management strategy, aligned with the enterprise Target Operating Model (TOM). - Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to embed change management into all transformation initiatives. - Shape the change narrative and cultural journey for a multi-year transformation program. Change Planning & Execution - Develop and implement a structured change management framework (based on Prosci/ADKAR and industry best practice). Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership - Define and own the global change management strategy, aligned with the enterprise Target Operating Model (TOM). - Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to embed change management into all transformation initiatives. - Shape the change narrative and cultural journey for a multi-year transformation program. Change Planning & Execution - Develop and implement a structured change management framework (based on Prosci/ADKAR and industry best practice). - Translate transformation goals into clear, actionable change roadmaps with measurable outcomes. - Oversee impact assessments, change readiness evaluations, and adoption metrics across all functions. Stakeholder Engagement & Communications - Lead global stakeholder alignment, building trust and advocacy across diverse geographies and cultures. - Develop and execute compelling communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and transparency. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, coaching executives on their role in change sponsorship. Capability Building - Establish a global change champion network to drive adoption at scale. - Build internal change management capability, embedding change practices into the organisational DNA. - Partner with HR/Enablement to integrate change leadership into leadership development programs. Measurement & Continuous Improvement - Define and track KPIs for adoption, engagement, and impact. - Regularly report change progress to the ExCom and Board, highlighting risks and mitigations. - Foster a continuous learning and feedback culture to refine change approaches. Required Experience & Qualifications - 15+ years of experience in leading change management at scale in large, complex, global organisations. - Proven track record of delivering enterprise transformation programs spanning multiple functions. - Prosci certification (mandatory); additional credentials (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, Kotter) a strong plus. - Deep expertise in organisational psychology, change adoption, and cultural transformation. - Exceptional executive-level communication and influencing skills. - Global exposure across multiple geographies and cultures; experience in professional services/knowledge industry preferred. - Strong business acumen with ability to link change outcomes to strategic business results. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in Change Management (PROSCI, ACMP, or equivalent). - Experience in HR, Finance, and Sales transformation programs. - Knowledge of behavioural science and digital workplace adoption strategies. - Background in Agile Change Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
