**Role & Responsibilities**

As a Territory Sales In-charge, you will be responsible for driving sales within a designated geographic area (**Work Location**:Munger, Bhagalpur, Chhapra in Bihar & Hazaribagh, Koderma in Jharkhand**). This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the snacks & food industry.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Promote company products and offerings through various marketing channels, including product demonstrations, presentations, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Graduate in any discipline with 2+ years of experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially English and regional language preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadline
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the snack and food market is a plus

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
