**JOB DESCRIPTION**
1) **Lesson Planning and Facilitation for Employability Sessions**:
A) Conduct Lesson Planning for youth employability sessions to build their capacity to get employed.
B) Facilitate the sessions as per the guidelines set.
C) Conduct domain-wise assessments for the assigned batch to evaluate the level of the beneficiaries and support them accordingly.
2) **Guest Lectures**:
A) Identify the training needs of the beneficiaries.
B) Arrange for an appropriate Guest Lecturer.
C) Once a person is finalized, the Trainer schedules and makes arrangements for Guest Lectures at the assigned centre.
The purpose of arranging these sessions is to provide the beneficiaries with the skill training they require to gain employment.
3) **Exposure Visits**:
A) Identify appropriate exposure opportunities for the beneficiaries.
B) Prepare the budget and itinerary (plan) for the exposure visit -Coordinate with the Mobilizer to get the required permissions.
C) Accompany the beneficiaries on these visits, supervise them and explain the significance of the exposure opportunity.
The visit must be in line with the curriculum for the aspirants. The purpose of conducting exposure visits is to increase their awareness about institutions of significance (e.g. Hospital, NGOs, Police Station, Bank, and Ward Office) in the community as well as potential employment opportunities (Malls, Hotels, etc.)
4) **Lesson Planning and Facilitation for Parent Sessions**:
A) Conduct Lesson planning for parent engagement sessions to encourage them to be more aware of and supportive of their children's career
B) Facilitate / Co-facilitate the sessions with the Center Head, as per the guidelines set and the feedback from Center Head.
5) **Mock Interviews**:
A) Facilitate the Mock Interviews process to ensure that the beneficiaries are interview-ready.
6) **Placement Assistance**:
A) Coordinate with the Center Head to schedule the placement interviews for beneficiaries to ensure that all beneficiaries get placement assistance.
7) **Conduct Post-Training follow-up for aspirants**: To understand their (Alumni) current status of employment and education.
8) **Conduct follow-ups on call and coordinate with the Mobilizer**: To arrange for home visits to ensure regular attendance of the youth and their parents in the program and to proactively address any issues that may prevent the same
9) **Maintain Documentation**:On the program to be input into the monitoring and evaluation system. The purpose of doing this is to review the progress and effectiveness of the program.
10) **Maintain**: The Registration Forms, Attendance Register, and Domain wise Assessment Data, Photographs of Activities, Activity Report, Parents Meeting Feedback Data, Session Plan File, Career File for all aspirants, Monthly Plan, Placement Follow-ups
update all of the above in the online System.
11) **Major interaction with stakeholders**:Like Parents, Resource people, Alumni, Employers/Corporates for Mock Interviews and Placements, and Significant Institutions.
12) **Plan and Facilitate**:Meetings with Alumni.
13) **Youth Mobilization**: Assist the Mobilizer in the mobilization of youth to ensure minimum expected enrollments in LRC.
14) **Stakeholder Engagement**: Participate in the stakeholder engagement activities planned at the centre to ensure the participation of stakeholders in programs. The trainer will participate in and support these activities as per the role the Center Head assigns them.
15) **Resource Mobilization**: Generate Revenue for Self Sustainability of the LRC.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
