Roles and responsibilities
- Should able to deliver training sessions and also the support on the job training during their transition on the floor.
- Including conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session.
- Develop, tweak and maintain training procedure manuals, training content and guides, and course materials.
- Analytical, probing, presentation and coaching skills.
- Need trainer for sales voice process (US Shift).
- Concise and precise communication and presentation skills both written and spoken.
- People oriented, patient and approachable.
- Required soft skills, Voice and accent Skills, Technology skills, fluent communication, Sales skills and ability to give positive and constructive feedback
- Free Dinner Facility
