Job description

Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience on networking health monitoring

Experience been part of NOC, Network operations center teams

Monitoring and managing Cisco switches, Routers

Ensure availability and monitoring devices, NMT tools, WAN Circuit availability, WLAN/VPN monitoring

Knowledge on Palo Alto and Azure firewalls, Cisco and Juniper (Wireless) and Zscaler VPN

Experience coordinating with various ISPs vendors for circuit outage issues

Monitor performance including monitoring link utilization, Packet loss, latency, errors and discards

Monitor and Generate health check point, Performance and capacity reports

Performing Network Infra support activities like network device management, Performance tuning, Preventive maintenance and internet and Wi-Fi troubleshooting

Excellent knowledge of LAN, WAN along with protocols

Knowledge of monitoring tools including Wireshark

Self-starter and the ability to work independently

Setup VPN tunnel and troubleshoot VPN related issues

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution

Excellent communication, presentation, and effective client interaction ability
