**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Meet potential clients, explain farmland projects, and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Organize and participate in site visits to showcase the property.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in real estate sales; farmland sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of real estate regulations and documentation.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
