**Job Title**: Customer Sales Executive (US Process)

**Location**: Sadar, Nagpur, Maharashtra

**Job Type**: Full-time | Work from Office
**Shift**: Night Shift (US Process)

**About the Role**:
You’ll be responsible for communicating with US customers, understanding their needs, and providing the best possible solutions while maintaining professionalism and excellent service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound and inbound calls for the **US process**.
- Engage with customers to promote products/services and close sales.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in a **US-based voice process or sales process**.
Excellent **English communication skills** (verbal and written).
Willingness to work in **night shifts** (US time zone).
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and eager to learn.
Should be open to working from the **office location in Sadar, Nagpur**.

**Education**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduation (Any stream).
