SRE India Realty is hiring an office leasing expert for our new vertical.

**Role Objective-**
- Be responsible for end-to-end management of commercial property/Office Space renting, ensuring the positive client experience
- Serve as the **main point of contact between property owners and prospective clients **and ensure a fair deal for all parties
- Assist landlords in promoting their properties for renting, and offer advice to interested clients
- **Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases) before the deal**:

- Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties
- Conduct research on the local real estate market and stay up to date on industry trends
- **Self-Lead Generation**

- 1 to 3 Years in Office Leasing (End-to-End)**

- Commercial Real Estate**

Office Leasing Experience is a must. Preferably from the co-working industry or commercial real estate industry.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
