**Job Summary**:
The Sales/Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with clients and distributors within the FMCG sector. This role involves creating and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for assigned territories or product lines.
- **Client and Distributor Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to maximize revenue.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide necessary support to achieve targets.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including untapped markets and channels.
- Conduct market research to expand the customer base and increase product visibility.
- Develop and execute strategies to introduce new products to the market.
- **Team Coordination and Leadership**:

- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Lead, train, and motivate sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Customer Experience Management**:

- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implement loyalty programs or promotional campaigns to build brand affinity.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of FMCG sales cycles, distribution networks, and market dynamics.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
