**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Distribution Management**: Ensure optimal product distribution across the area, working closely with distributors and retailers.
- **Promotional Activities**: Plan and execute promotional activities to boost product visibility and drive sales.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities to the management.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for the sales team and channel partners to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- **Collection Management**: Monitor and ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Familiarity with the FMCG industry and market dynamics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
