Call Centre Leasing Agent

**Work Hours**: Must be available to work in USA-**Pacific Standard Time (PST)** hours
**Experience Level**: Entry-level (Leasing experience is a plus)
**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a motivated and articulate **Call Center Leasing Agent** to support our U.S.based property management operations. This role involves handling inbound calls from prospective and current tenants, creating work orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Strong English communication skills are essential, and an **American accent is preferred**. Spanish language proficiency is a **plus** and will be rewarded with a **10% salary premium**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer inbound calls from tenants and prospects in a professional and friendly manner
- Create and manage work orders in the system based on tenant requests
- Provide accurate information about property availability, leasing terms, and amenities
- Document all interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with the U.S. leasing team to ensure seamless communication
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent spoken and written English; **American accent preferred**:
- Spanish language skills are a **strong advantage**:
- Having Yardi CRM experience is an advantage
- Prior experience in leasing or property management is a plus
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with **PST hours**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
