Experienced -05 to 10yrs

Managing overall tender activities related to PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) projects within cost & time.
Networking with consultants like (LTTS, JLL, TCE, C&W, CBRE etc.) and many multinational clients to ascertain
Technical specifications, construction related essentials, based on the prevalent practice.
Scrutinizing the tender documents technically and commercially.
Lead in Request for Proposal (RFP), contract pre-award meetings, technical and final negotiations
Submission and negotiation of techno commercial offer with client.
Reviewing and understanding contracts.
Single point of contact (SPOC) for clients from Project Start to Total Handing over of the projects.
Coordination to fulfil commercial closures and payment collection with clients.
Floating the inquiries to PEB vender.
scrutinizing the techno commercial offer of PEB vender
Finalization of PEB vender
Arranging the approvals from clients and consultants on the GA Drawings.
identified the special material requirements for the project and ordered the same in close consultation of the Procurement team.
Analyzing the project deliverables, escalating the deviations, if any in timeline or budget, and supporting the
Project team in resolving conflicts or critical paths
driving the preparation of claims and counterclaim for the LD/ delay, penalties, price escalations, cancellations,
Rejections from the customers with complete supply chain manage
