The Project Coordinator assists in the planning, execution, and closing of projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met on time and within budget. The Project Coordinator will act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Development**:

- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create and manage project documentation such as project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop work breakdown structures.
- **Resource Coordination**:

- Coordinate resources and establish project teams.
- Assist in the allocation of resources, including personnel and materials.
- Ensure team members are properly informed of their roles and responsibilities.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries.
- Facilitate communication between project groups and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and the project team.
- **Monitoring and Tracking**:

- Track project progress and performance against the project plan.
- Identify risks and issues affecting project delivery and assist in their resolution.
- Maintain project documentation and update necessary information throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure quality standards are applied and maintained throughout the project.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project progress and outcomes.
- **Budget Management**:

- Assist in budget planning and cost estimation.
- Monitor project expenditures and report on budget variances.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role (2-3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to project requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
