Job Title: Civil Project Coordinator - PEB Industry

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed on schedule.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and budgets.

2. Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure resource availability and project alignment.

3. Communication and Reporting:
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project team members.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and

clients.

4. Quality Assurance:
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and adherence to project specifications.

5. Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor and address issues and changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.

6. Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety on project sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
