Job Descriptions

Project Co-ordinator Civil

· Prepare contracts and negotiate changes of contracts with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

· Prepare measurement and bar bending schedules.

· Develop and implement quality control programs.

· Prepare progress reports for clients.

· Hire and supervise subcontractors and staff.

· Monitor project progress and prepare project status report for project managers and stakeholders.

· Assist with resource scheduling team so that team members make resources available to complete their tasks properly.

· Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.

· Manage project documents such as the project plan, budget, and schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.

· Execute a variety of project administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping.

· Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
