
Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the project management team in planning and organizing construction projects, including coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored.
- Monitor project progress and track key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Report any deviations or delays to the project management team.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely availability of resources, equipment, and materials required for project execution.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action items. Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members. Ensure that project information and updates are shared promptly and accurately.
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, change orders, and other project-related legal documents.
- Monitor project expenses and assist in budget tracking. Identify and report any cost overruns or budget discrepancies.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work is being performed according to specifications and industry standards.
- Assist in resolving any project-related issues or conflicts. Escalate complex issues to the project management team for resolution.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all health and safety regulations on construction sites.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to construction project management. Continuously update knowledge and skills as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of more than 12 yrs as a Project Coordinator for highway projects or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management principles, processes, and practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and health and safety standards in the construction industry.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
