Job Title: Project Coordinator

Experience: 2 Years

Location: Nagpur (Work from office)
- Coordinate with the Developers as per for each sub-tasks and assign an owner along with the timeline.
- Schedule regular Project meetings and capture the MOM and drive them till completion
- Identify the outliers in terms of Project execution and highlight Project Manager & other stakeholders
- Interdepartmental coordination to ensure work orders/tasks/projects that require multiple stakeholder involvement are smoothly taken forward to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Define the KRA of the team & ensure constant feedback on outlier performers.
- Determine ways and means to motivate/improve performance.
- Analyze team performance and track it closely to drive operational efficiency.
- Should have an eye for data-driven metrics and be able to understand the improvement opportunities, quantify the impact and devise ways to control performance leakages for both the customer and operations.
- Identify training needs for the team and conduct timely refresher training to have complete process and product-related compliance.
- Ensure the various internal and customer reports (daily/weekly/monthly) are vetted and audited periodically as well as always delivered to the recipients/customer without any unreasonable interruptions.
- Should have the capability to lead and manage Customer reviews
- PMP or other project management certification
- Experience in agile methodology will be plus
- 2-3 years of experience in project management or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
