
Project Coordinator

Job Description:
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
- Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
- Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all
participants
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Make weekly project status report with the team and schedule meeting for the same
with the client.
- Take a weekly project report from the team and report to the management
- Any rescheduling needs to be done with immediate effect and revert back to the team on
a timely basis.
- Each and Every scope of a project of every meeting, needs to be maintained date and
version wise.
- All the related team members for a particular project should be updated, if there is any
change, as and when required.

Qualification & Location:
- Experience in project management in a related field
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools
- BE/MCA/M-Tech/MBA in a related field
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
