Job Description Summary

Currently IPB Asset Trade Operations Team is into processing & managing the Business Banking facilities for PBC clients and Lending facilities for PWM clients. **The current opening is in Mumbai. **The role would be of ensuring adherence of DB Service Standards w.r.t. to laid down Processes, Customer Service, Internal / External Compliance Standards, Internal / External Audit and Corporate Security. To handle calls from Relationship Managers and to maintain and publish various reports as would be required

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Preparation and validation of Facility Documents

Preparation and validation of Limit excess Shortfall report and Collateral Monitoring report on daily basis

Preparation and validation of Real estate and Capital market report on daily basis

Validation of all regulatory reports before the final submission

Maintenance of Limit and Collateral (regular recon in every quarter)

Closely monitoring of Manual transactions & interest servicing

Closely monitoring of Charge creation/satisfaction and CERSAI creation/satisfaction

Monthly meeting on Limit Expiring Report, Stocks & Book Debts, Insurance Valuation, Covenants, Executed Document Handover to Clients

Day to day interaction and coordination on the portfolio with CRM or Business

To be a coordinator for requirements raised by Auditors/ CRM / Business

To work on automation of manual process

**Your Skills and Experience**:
Financial Market Instruments (Mutual Funds / Bonds / Shares) Business Lending to SME Sector Regulatory environment for business banking facilities Should have worked in the operations unit of a Bank / Financial Institute Should have excellent working knowledge of Excel
