Job Description Summary

Currently PCB Operations Team is into account opening, account closure, account maintenance for retail banking (Assets & Liabilities) clients of PCB and WM clients. They also manage centralized activities like the Forex Desk, FEMA Desk, Remittances and Clearing activities for the PCC franchise. **The current opening is in Mumbai and is a transferrable position to any PCB location. **The role would be of ensuring adherence of DB Service Standards w.r.t. to laid down Processes, Customer Service, Internal / External Compliance Standards, Internal / External Audit and Corporate Security. To manage assigned units the PCB Operations Team and to maintain and publish various reports as would be required.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure timely & accurate management of payment instruments (Loan Disbursements, RTGS / NEFT / CTS / NACH) Ensure seamless operations of Account Opening, Maintenances and Transactions within stipulated time lines, Proper and timely reporting to Regulatory & Taxation authorities and other agencies To advise branches on matter relating to customer / account related queries Ensure timely credit/return of Direct credits /RTGS / EMI Payments and timely collection of taxes & charges Design & Publication of trackers on TAT & Quality parameters Storage of documents as per prevalent laws and procedures Client Communication

**Your Skills and Experience**:
Financial Market Instruments (Mutual Funds / Bonds / Shares) Daily functioning of Retail Banking related activities Should have had 2 to 6 years of experience in the banking industry Business Lending to SME Sector Regulatory environment for business banking facilities Should have worked in the operations unit of a Bank / Financial Institute Should have excellent working knowledge of Excel
