Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a support point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring timely assistance.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring smooth coordination from start to finish.
  • Work closely with vendors, internal teams, and clients to deliver seamless event experiences.
  • Prepare presentations, event proposals, and post-event reports.
  • Maintain and update trackers, reports, and data using MS Excel.
  • Provide operational support during events, including on-ground execution.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Be open to traveling for events and client meetings when required.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Management preferred but not mandatory).
  • 0–3 years of experience in client servicing and/or event operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about events and client servicing.
  • Flexibility to travel for events and client meetings.
