**Key Duties and Responsibilities of a Security Supervisor**

1. Attendance Bookkeeping

2. Master roll and all related books

3. Supervising and Managing Security Guards

4. Ensuring Security Procedures Are Followed

5. Security Procedures Checklist for Security Supervisors:
Access Control: Ensure all entry and exit points are monitored and unauthorized access is prevented.

Surveillance Monitoring: Oversee the operation of CCTV cameras and other surveillance tools to ensure continuous monitoring.

Emergency Evacuation Plans: Verify that all security personnel are trained in emergency evacuation protocols and that plans are regularly updated.

Incident Reporting: Ensure all security incidents are documented promptly and accurately, and reports are filed according to company policy.

Visitor Management: Oversee the check-in and check-out process for visitors, ensuring they follow security protocols.

Regular Patrols: Ensure security officers conduct routine patrols of the premises to detect potential security threats.

Alarm System Monitoring: Verify that all alarm systems are functioning correctly and ensure timely response to any triggered alarms.

Emergency Response: Ensure security officers are prepared to respond effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, or security breaches.

6. Monitoring the Assets of the security department

7. Maintaining Guard Schedules and Rotations (Duty Roaster)

8. Reporting, Documentation and validating of all materials and invoices

9. Coordinating with Other Departments

10.Training and Development of Security Guards

11.Managing parking facilities for in-house room and party guests

12. Maintaining inward and outward gate pass

13.Maintaining vehicle entry book

14.Observation and regular follow up on garbage clearance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
