**Job Summary**:
The Security Supervisor will oversee the safety and security of our premises, ensuring a safe environment for our guests and staff. This role includes managing security personnel, implementing safety protocols, and responding to incidents as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate security staff and activities.
- Monitor the premises to prevent and respond to incidents.
- Conduct regular safety audits and assessments.
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols.
- Train and mentor security personnel.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and security activities.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and develop action plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in security management or supervision, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of safety and security protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
