**Job Title: Security Supervisor**

**Location**: Mahadevpura, Bangalore

We are hiring a Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations at our Mahadevpura location and ensure a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of security guards.
- Assign daily duties, monitor performance, and maintain discipline.
- Conduct site patrols and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Handle incidents, emergencies, and escalate to management when required.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain attendance/shift rosters.
- Coordinate with client/management on security-related concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security (with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of security procedures, access control, and emergency handling.
- Physically fit and alert.
- Prior experience in corporate/industrial security preferred.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
