**Job Title**: Security Supervisor
**Location**: ABV Restaurant & Microbrewery, Hoodi, Bangalore

**Language Requirement**: Fluent in Kannada

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the security team to ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Regularly monitor security equipment, ensuring systems are functioning properly.
- Conduct periodic security checks of the premises and premises perimeter.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, coordinating with local authorities if needed.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all guests and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and daily security activities.
- Enforce company safety and security policies effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar security role, preferably in hospitality or food & beverage industries.
- Strong fluency in Kannada (both spoken and written).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and take quick action in emergencies.
- Knowledge of security systems, surveillance cameras, and safety protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
