**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel at the assigned site.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure and personnel are alert.
- Prepare and maintain duty rosters and ensure manpower deployment as per site requirements.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and behavior of guards.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, or alarms and take appropriate actions.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and daily reports for management review.
- Train and guide new guards on SOPs, site-specific duties, and emergency protocols.
- Act as the point of contact between the client and the security team.
- Ensure all security equipment is functional and report any malfunctions.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the security industry.
- Age: 25-45 years.
- Physically fit and medically cleared.
- No criminal background.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.
- Familiarity with security systems like CCTV, access control, and fire safety.
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
