**Job Summary -**

As a Motion Graphic Designer at Redfox Cyber Security, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the world of motion graphics and visual content specifically geared for digital-first audiences. During this full-time role, you will:

- Collaborate with our dynamic design team to develop eye-catching motion graphics and static graphics for social media, paid digital ads, academy videos and print collaterals.
- Create engaging animations and visual effects for video assets and ad creatives.
- Produce and format visuals to ad-specs (different aspect ratios, codecs, file sizes) for paid campaigns and organic social.
- Design print-ready artwork and supply appropriate files for offline marketing collaterals.
- Regularly edit videos and podcasts - assemble footage, edit audio, add motion graphics and deliver final masters.
- Work with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Handle post-production tasks including color grading, audio cleanup/mixing, final mastering, quality control and preparing broadcast/paid-ad ready deliverables.
- Receive mentorship and feedback from experienced design professionals and work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

**Requirements -**
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing and graphic design.
- Currently residing in Mumbai, India.
- Able to communicate effectively in English for everyday tasks and interactions.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to prepare print-ready files.
- Experience editing podcasts and videos - basic audio cleanup, sequencing and final mix.
- A creative mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred / Nice-to-have**
- Basic camera operation and handling (DSLR or similar).
- Knowledge of Figma/Sketch for collaboration with UI/graphic designers.
