**Role and responsibilities**
- Create highly engaging, complex animations for a diverse mix of projects.
- Work closely with the Design team to deliver outputs which bring to life complex projects in beautiful visual storytelling.
- Work with designers in the team to construct creative raw material for motion graphic outputs.
- Work under the strategic direction of the Creative Director to understand and ingrain the brand priorities and project objectives.
- Assist in the formation of initial graphic and animation styles as part of the overall brand-building process, and setting an international standard.
- Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Work with the marketing and content team to ideate, create and conceptualise ideas and campaigns for various Flam platforms.
- Ensure that the work on the brand is up to the creative standards while meeting the timelines.
- Should have a strong hold on design principles, social media campaigns, branding, and communication design. Good sense of typography and layout aesthetics
- Ensure successful implementation / execution of campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in Art direction/motion graphics.
- Must have Expertise with Adobe After Effects, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Photo
- Good knowledge of animation principles and a good eye for exciting and creative effects
- Demonstrated exceptional design skills in composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- Attentive to feedback and able to quickly iterate on projects in a manner that successfully addresses creative direction.
- A team player, who can take direction and execute against it with little assistance, but also work independently to offer well-rounded design solutions to design problems.

**Job Location**: Andheri West (Mumbai)

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
