Motion Graphic Designer with CGI Experience

**KAFTANIZE** is seeking a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer with a strong background in CGI to join our dynamic team. We're looking for someone passionate about visual storytelling and pushing the boundaries of motion graphics. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating high-quality motion graphics for a variety of projects, including marketing videos, explainer videos, social media content, website animations, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative concepts for motion graphics projects, incorporating CGI elements seamlessly.
- Design and animate 2D and 3D motion graphics using industry-standard software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya).
- Create and manipulate CGI elements, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation.
- Collaborate with the creative team (including designers, writers, and video editors) to ensure projects meet brand guidelines and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in motion graphics, CGI, and design techniques.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions.
- Prepare and present design concepts and storyboards to clients or internal teams.
- Optimize animations for various platforms and delivery formats.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing strong skills in both motion graphics and CGI. Please provide a link to your online portfolio.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including:

- After Effects (essential)
- Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or other 3D modeling/animation software (essential)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent animation skills, including a keen eye for timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Solid experience in CGI, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for motion graphics and a desire to push creative boundaries.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in advertising and social marketing.
- Knowledge of video editing and post-production workflows.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
