Position Title: Motion Graphic Designer

Location: Ahmedabad (preferred) / Mumbai

Department: Creative/Design

Reports To: Creative Director/Art Director

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Concept Development: Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and stakeholders to develop compelling concepts and storyboards for motion graphics projects that align with campaign objectives.
- Design and Animation: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using industry-standard software (e.g., After Effects, Premier Pro, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Editing and Compositing: Integrate motion graphics with live-action footage, perform compositing tasks, and ensure seamless integration of all visual elements.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all motion graphics adhere to client brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all campaign assets.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and deadlines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, video editors, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and polished final products.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and visual effects to keep the agency’s work innovative and cutting-edge.
- Feedback Implementation: Receive and incorporate feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders to refine motion graphics as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphic design within an advertising agency or similar environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of motion graphics and animation work, particularly for advertising campaigns.
- Creativity: Exceptional creative and artistic abilities with a strong eye for detail, composition, and color.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to motion graphics production.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Sound Design Knowledge: Basic understanding of sound design and audio editing.

**Work Environment**:

- This position may require occasional travel for on-site shoots or client meetings.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, creative environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
