**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior ASO Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective ASO strategies to improve our app's visibility, ranking, and conversion rate on the App Store. You will be a data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with various teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and identify high-volume, relevant keywords for our app.
- Optimize app store listing elements, including title, subtitle, description, and screenshots, to improve conversion rate.
- Monitor and analyze app store performance metrics, including keyword rankings, conversion rates, and competitor analysis.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ASO trends and App Store algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Conduct A/B testing on app store listing elements to optimize conversion rate.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure a holistic approach to ASO.
- Generate reports and recommendations to stakeholders on ASO performance and future strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in ASO with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of App Store algorithms and ranking factors.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in using ASO and data analytics tools (e.g., App Annie, SensorTower, AppTweak).
- Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
- A passion for mobile apps and the mobile app ecosystem.
