The primary objective of an ASO Executive is to enhance app visibility and organic

downloads by optimizing metadata, keywords, and creative assets for Google Play Store

and Apple App Store. They aim to boost conversion rates, drive regional growth through

localization, and adapt to algorithm changes to maintain high rankings. By conducting A/B

tests and competitor analyses, the ASO Executive ensures continuous performance

improvement and alignment with paid campaigns for maximum ROI. Ultimately, their goal is

to attract high-quality users, improve retention, and provide data-driven insights for sustained app growth.

**Experience Required**: 2+ years

**Education Required**: Graduate in any field

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Optimize app metadata (titles, keywords, descriptions) for better visibility and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement high-performing terms.
- Collaborate with design teams to create and test app icons, screenshots, and videos.
- Run A/B tests on metadata and visuals to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor app performance using ASO tools and generate actionable insights.
- Localize app store listings for multiple regions and languages.
- Stay updated on app store trends and algorithm changes.
- Analyze competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Align ASO efforts with marketing and paid acquisition strategies.

**Job Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques.
- Proficiency in keyword research and ASO tools like App Annie, Sensor Tower.
- Analytical skills for tracking and improving app performance.
- Creative skills for optimizing app visuals (icons, screenshots, videos).
- Experience with A/B testing for metadata and visuals.
- Localization expertise for regional and language-specific optimization.
- Competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Understanding of paid user acquisition and app marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools like Firebase and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
